She is a dynamic and accomplished leader with over 15 years of expertise in human resources, wellness, and personal transformation. As the visionary founder of The Soulful Visions, Tamara is dedicated to creating transformative experiences that empower individuals to live with intention, purpose, and balance.
Her journey as a human resources executive, coupled with her certifications in Human-Centered Design and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, underscores her ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and foster inclusive environments. Rachel House
Rachel House is a dynamic leader and dedicated advocate for personal and professional growth. As an integral part of The Soulful Visions, Rachel brings over two decades of expertise in human resources, organizational leadership, and program development to empower individuals to thrive in all areas of their lives.
With a career spanning 24 years in the United States Air Force, Rachel honed her skills as a Human Resource Operations Officer, overseeing key initiatives such as personnel management, employee relations, and program development. Her tenure included managing multimillion-dollar budgets, coordinating large-scale events, and developing strategic processes that positively impacted thousands of individuals. Her leadership was instrumental in managing high-level operations, including her role as a key coordinator for the Africa Aerospace & Defense Airshow in Cape Town, South Africa.
Rachel’s passion for growth extends beyond her professional achievements. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a minor in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Her academic and professional background equips her with a unique perspective on fostering both organizational success and individual fulfillment.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida A&M University, Toni combines her strong organizational acumen with a passion for program development and leadership.
