Rachel House is a dynamic leader and dedicated advocate for personal and professional growth. As an integral part of The Soulful Visions, Rachel brings over two decades of expertise in human resources, organizational leadership, and program development to empower individuals to thrive in all areas of their lives.
With a career spanning 24 years in the United States Air Force, Rachel honed her skills as a Human Resource Operations Officer, overseeing key initiatives such as personnel management, employee relations, and program development. Her tenure included managing multimillion-dollar budgets, coordinating large-scale events, and developing strategic processes that positively impacted thousands of individuals. Her leadership was instrumental in managing high-level operations, including her role as a key coordinator for the Africa Aerospace & Defense Airshow in Cape Town, South Africa.
Rachel’s passion for growth extends beyond her professional achievements. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a minor in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Her academic and professional background equips her with a unique perspective on fostering both organizational success and individual fulfillment.
